We sign mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request. We never publish, broadcast, or showcase client footage in our portfolio reels without explicit, written client authorization.

5. Data Retention

We retain active project files and render caches during the production and revision lifecycle. Raw proxies and project archives are stored for 30 calendar days following client approval of the final render to accommodate any subsequent minor tweaks, after which raw working caches are purged from our fast NVMe storage arrays.
