1. Scope of Post-Production Services
The Final Render (TFR) provides professional video post-production services including multi-camera audio/video synchronization, narrative rough and fine assembly, DaVinci Resolve color grading, audio restoration and broadcast sound design, kinetic typography, and master exports across standard cinema and web formats.
2. Project Timelines & Rush Deliveries
Standard project turnaround ranges from 5 to 7 business days from the date all required media and proxies are confirmed ingested by our studio. Priority (72 hours) and Rush (24-48 hours) turnarounds are available upon request subject to prevailing capacity surcharges.
3. Revisions Policy
Unless otherwise agreed in a customized scope agreement, all standard projects include two (2) rounds of complimentary revisions submitted via our Client Portal or Private Cloud Review review link. Revisions must be consolidated and timecoded. Modifications that contradict the original creative brief or require reshooting are billed at our standard studio hourly rate.
4. Footage Archiving & Storage
Clients are advised to maintain primary backups of all camera original files. TFR retains working project caches for thirty (30) calendar days after final render delivery. After 30 days, working proxy and cache files are purged from high-speed storage.
5. Intellectual Property & Licensing
Upon full settlement of project invoices, all worldwide commercial usage rights in the rendered video outputs transfer fully to the client. Royalty-free commercial music licensing secured by TFR for the project will be transferred in compliance with the respective music provider's license terms.
6. SMS Notifications & Consent Terms
By opting in to SMS communications on our quote or contact forms, you authorize The Final Render to transmit project status alerts, review links, and customer support texts to your mobile number. Message frequency varies based on project activity. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for support. We do not sell or share your mobile number with any third parties for promotional purposes.
